AI Computing Power Projects in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Shanxi Get Record Filing, with Total Investment Reaching Approximately 950 Million Yuan

Recently, artificial intelligence computing power projects in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Shanxi have successively completed filing. The total investment of the three projects amounts to roughly 950 million yuan, injecting fresh momentum into the development of the national integrated computing power network.

Xingkong Intelligent Computing Data Center Project in Inner MongoliaFiling Date: July 20 Operator: Inner Mongolia Xingkong Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. Location: Building B1, Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, Horinger New District, Hohhot City Total Investment: 450 million yuan Project Overview: Covering a construction area of 6,146.98 square meters, the project plans to deploy 200 sets of 30kW racks, alongside supporting intelligent computing, general computing and storage racks, as well as power supply, network, air conditioning and other auxiliary infrastructure. Upon completion, it will mainly serve scenarios including inference of large AI models, data analysis for scientific research institutions, and audio & video storage services. The construction period spans from October 2026 to October 2029.

Qing'an County Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Center Project, Heilongjiang ProvinceFiling Date: July 16 Operator: Qing'an Xiaodiandianxiao Technology Co., Ltd. Location: Qing'an County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province Total Investment: 400 million yuan Project Overview: The project covers a total land area of about 40,000 square meters. It will construct a new intelligent computing equipment room and supporting auxiliary buildings, deploy computing power infrastructure, and complete supporting auxiliary systems including power supply & distribution, cooling, security and communication to provide computing power support services. Note: The filing for the former Qing'an County New Quality Productivity Industrial Park Project has been revoked; this latest filing shall prevail.

Phase I of the 5MW New Modular Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Center in Ying County, Shanxi ProvinceFiling Date: July 2 Location: South Zone, Ying County Economic & Technological Development Zone, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province Total Investment: 100 million yuan Project Overview: Phase I covers a planned land area of 5,000 square meters with a total installed capacity of 5MW. It will build supporting infrastructure (power, communication, fire protection, cooling systems, server racks, etc.) and an operation platform for computing power centers (computing power management and scheduling system). Construction will run from August 2026 to May 2027.
