1. KRES UQD Leak-Free Quick Couplings – Primary Barrier Against Rack Leakage

Coolant leakage poses catastrophic risks to data center hardware. As an OCP-certified component, UQD couplings adopt flat-face double shut-off design to achieve zero leakage whether connected or disconnected, eliminating short-circuit hazards. Made of 316L stainless steel with standard EPDM seals, the couplings work with water and glycol coolants. One-handed push-pull operation with red/blue flow identification simplifies on-site maintenance. Available in DN04 to DN25 with threaded and barbed ends, they withstand over 5,000 mating cycles and comply with IEC61373 shock standards, ideal for GPU racks, CDU units and cold plates.

2. KRES FF9 Full-Flow Dual Interlock Ball Valves – Balancing High Flow & Equipment Safety

Designed for main circuits and rack branch maintenance, FF9 valves feature full straight-through bores (20.5mm / 32mm / 38.5mm for 1” / 1.5” / 2” sizes) to cut pressure loss, reduce pump load and lower PUE. The dual interlock structure prevents accidental disconnection under tension. Monoblock forged bodies undergo 100% helium leak testing and thermal cycling. Rated at 12 bar working pressure and 24 bar burst pressure, they support tri-clamp, female thread and barbed connections for main shut-off and branch isolation.

3. Continental EPDM Liquid Cooling Hoses – Durable Fluid Transmission Carrier

Hoses endure frequent bending and deformation. As an authorized strategic partner of Continental for data center liquid cooling, Gianter displayed FRONTIER, DATA GUARD and EXTREMEFLEX DATA EPDM hoses, operating from -40°C to 120°C. Flexible construction avoids permanent kinks in tight rack spaces and prevents particle precipitation that clogs cold plate microchannels. Our Nantong hose workshop completes pre-assembly with UQD/FF9 fittings, full flushing and airtight testing before dust-free packaging to save customers on-site assembly time.

Dual Manufacturing Bases Guarantee Mass Delivery Capacity

Unlike pure trading suppliers, Gianter operates two integrated production sites: a 13,000㎡ precision machining plant in Changzhou and a 2,500㎡ hose assembly workshop in Nantong, covering independent fitting production, custom hose assembly and multi-million RMB inventory.The Changzhou facility holds 160 precision machines including CNC lathes, 5-axis machining centers and Swiss-type lathes with tolerance up to ±0.002mm.
