I. German Continental Hoses

As a key partner of Continental, Jiayida selects premium hoses dedicated to data center liquid cooling. These hoses are suitable for mainstream liquid cooling scenarios such as cold plate cooling and immersion cooling, undertaking the core task of cooling medium transmission and ensuring leak-free circulation.

Strong Compatibility: Capable of transferring fluorinated fluids, deionized water and other cooling media. Materials are customized accordingly (PTFE/FEP for fluorinated fluids, EPDM for synthetic esters), with no system contamination and no damage to electronic components.
Reliable Performance: Working pressure ≥ 1.6MPa, tested under thermal cycling and vibration cycling, suitable for 7×24-hour uninterrupted operation, with maintenance-free service life of 10–15 years.
Standardized Adaptation: Complete specifications and standardized connectors (quick-connect / flange), certified to multiple international standards and compliant with data center safety regulations.

II. FF9 Interlocking Ball Valves

Special on-off components designed for data center liquid cooling systems, suitable for secondary-side pipelines to ensure safe operation and maintenance. Ideal for AI computing centers, supercomputing centers and other high-demand scenarios.

Safe Interlocking Design: Dual locking mechanism eliminates pressurized operation and leakage caused by misoperation. Can directly replace the FD83 series, safeguarding equipment and data security.
Convenient Maintenance & Operation: Available in mainstream sizes 1' and 1.5', with genderless connectors and rotating structure for easy installation and disassembly, greatly improving pipeline laying efficiency.
Stable & Durable: Body made of 316L stainless steel with EPDM seals, featuring excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Compatible with various cooling media and operating environments, compliant with RoHS and CETC testing standards.
