KRES UQD

UQD and UQDB: In liquid cooled systems, fluid is transported under pressure within a Technology Cooling System (TCS) fluid loop. The IT equipment loop is joined to the TCS using a fluid connector. KRES UQD & UQDB designed as flat face couplings allow a perfect sealing, without dripping and air introduction, during the phases of connection/ disconnection. It followed the requirement of OCP Universal Quick Disconnect Blind-Mate (UQDB) Specification and Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) Specificatio

KRES Universal Quick Disconnect Coupling UQD

 

Applications:

 

Data center, supercomputer, Rail transportation, new energy, marine, general industry

 

Standard flow diameter(mm):

 

DN02, DN04, DN06, DN08

 

Material：Body 316 stainless steel

 

Pressure range:

 

Working pressure: 0-11bar

 

Minimum burst pressure: 300PSI

 

Standard sealing: EPDM, temperature range: -30℃ to 150℃

 

Optional sealing of BNR and FVMQ for low temperature

 

 

 

Technical features:

 

Flat drop-free design ensures drop-free during connection and disconnection

 

One hand operation, easy to plug in and out

 

Two-way cut off valve

 

The sealing ring protection is designed to reduce flow resistance, improve efficiency and protect the sealing ring for a long time

 

Vibration resistance, meet the standard IEC61373
